Terms and Conditions 

1. Booking and Payment for Photo Booth Hire

• A booking is confirmed only once a £100 non-refundable deposit is received.

• The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before your event date.

• Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your wedding, party, or corporate event photo booth hire.

2. Cancellations and Event Postponements

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.

• Cancellations within 2 days of the event: no refunds.

• Postponements are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

3. Client Responsibilities for Event Hire

To ensure a safe and successful photo booth experience:

• Provide sufficient space for the booth setup.

• Ensure access to a standard 13-amp power supply.

• Keep the setup area dry, level, and safe.

• Ensure guests use the equipment responsibly.

Indoor setup is recommended unless otherwise agreed.

4. Equipment Use, Damage, and Liability

• Clients are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the photo booth equipment beyond fair wear and tear.

• MCS Partybooths is not liable for injuries caused by misuse.

• Clients agree to indemnify MCS Partybooths for any claims arising from guest conduct or venue issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not limited.

• Otherwise, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Equipment Malfunction

• In case of equipment failure, we will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue promptly.

• If service cannot be completed, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

7. Force Majeure

MCS Partybooths is not liable for events beyond our control, including:

• Fire, flood, or severe weather

• Power failure or technical issues

• Illness or staff unavailability

• Government restrictions

8. Overtime Charges

• Additional hire time is charged at £75 per hour or part thereof.

• Payment for overtime is due immediately at the event.

9. Images, Copyright, and Marketing

• All images and digital content remain the property of MCS Partybooths.

• We may use photos for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data is processed under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless legally required.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
